Firm Background

Diversified Engineering International, Inc. (D. E. I., Inc.) provides a broad spectrum of  engineering services to a wide range of public and private sector clients.

D.E.I., Inc. has been in continuous operation since 1980.  The firm was founded by Thomas C. J. Drygas, President, who brings 35 years of experience in all phases of environmental, process and chemical engineering.  D. E. I., Inc.'s engineers and scientists have developed a proven track record of accomplishment in the chemical, petroleum, pulp chemical, textile industries, water and wastewater treatment industries.

In addition to classical engineering design, D. E. I., Inc. staff provide health, safety and environmental services for both OSHA's Process Safety Management (PSM) and EPA's Risk Management Program (RMP) including air, water and operations permitting.  Mr. Drygas is one of a very select group, nationally, who is certified by OSHA's Training Institute in Chemical Process Safety.
